Payment methods

Payment with Zelle or transfer and verification of voucher.

We accept payment by Zelle and by bank transfer.

HOW TO GET PAID

  1. When confirming the order you will see the details of the account to be paid and the exact amount.
  2. Pay from your bank app and save your voucher.
  3. Upload the voucher from the order page or from “My Orders” in your account.
  4. We review it by hand and let you know: when the payment is verified, we prepare the order.

To pay with confidence

  • Pay only to the account listed on your order. Owner is [PENDIENTE: nombre del titular de la cuenta de cobro]. If someone asks you to pay to another account, don’t do it and write to us.
  • A Zelle payment works like cash: Zelle doesn’t offer purchase protection, so check the recipient before sending.
  • We will never ask your bank for passwords, codes or login details.
  • Pay from an account in your name [PENDIENTE: confirmar si se exige que la cuenta de origen esté a nombre del comprador].

Unpaid Orders

If we don’t receive payment in [PENDIENTE: número de días] days, the order is canceled and the products are available again.
