As long as the order has not been sent to the warehouse, you can cancel it by writing to us, and we will refund everything paid.<\/p>\n

We exchange or refund the amount, including transportation, at no cost to you.<\/p>\n PENDING: decide if refunds are accepted for change of mind. If yes: deadline in days from collection, state in which the product must be (unused, original packaging…), products excluded and who pays for the return transport. If not accepted, state clearly here: various state laws (e.g. Cal. Civ. Code \u00a7 1723 or N.Y. Gen. Bus.
